What is the best way to fix pedals to a pedal board?

Velcro is popular, but messes up the bottom of the pedal, usually taking off some of the label when removing it. Try fitting the backing plate of your pedal on upside down so that the Velcro sticks to the INSIDE of the plate, and when removing the velcro remove the bottom plate from the pedal and put the bottom plate in the freezer overnight first. Velcro adhesive hates the cold more than I do.
