The Marshall Bluesbreaker 2 is a great pedal when used in ‘Boost’ mode but thin sounding when you kick in the Blues Drive selector.<\/p>\n

The Dexter Mods Full Cream Mod for this pedal gives it a fuller bottom end on the drive channel as well as adding volume and fullness to the pedal overall. I change the clipping section as well to give a thicker, more responsive overdrive as well.<\/p>\n

The sound is a major improvement on the stock pedal’s trebley fizz and gives it a warmer and creamier sound when used for overdrive.<\/p>\n

And it still sounds great just as a boost pedal.<\/p>\n

The mod includes an extra bright blue L.E.D instead of stock red L.E.D and a brand new 9 volt battery.<\/p>\n

Recorded with a Fender 62 Relic Strat middle pick up, Peavey Classic 50 tube amp on clean channel.<\/p>\n

Take 1 Clean Fender then stock Marshall Bluesbreaker II then modded Marshall Bluesbreaker II<\/p>\n
